My Story
For over a decade, fitness has been my anchor. Powerlifting, yoga, and calisthenics taught me strength, patience, and respect for the body’s intelligence, while the mind–muscle connection showed me how deeply the nervous system shapes both physical and emotional health.
Through my own mental health journey, I learned that true strength isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about listening deeper. Learning when to engage and when to soften.
Today, my work is rooted in that understanding: the body holds our experiences, and when we move, breathe, and connect with awareness, healing becomes possible. Wellness isn’t something we force—it’s something we allow when the body feels safe enough to let go.”
